REFILL INSTRUCTIONS: Welcome
Remove the metal wick stand from your previous candle, using a butter knife or similar object.
If wax remains in your vessel, it can gently be removed with a butter knife or similar object. You can also use a heat gun or blow dryer to liquify & remove the wax with a paper towel.
Discard all unwanted wax in a trash bin and avoid placing wax in sink or garbage disposal to prevent pipe blockage.
If you don't wish to remove the wax on the inside of your vessel and the vessel will fit inside, you can simply pop the insert in after removing the wick clip. We prefer this method so no wax is wasted.

You do not need to trim the wick before igniting your insert for the first time. Wicks are cut to the correct burning length, however you do need to trim between each burn and remove any wick debris in wax.
As your insert burns, it will eventually even out and settle into the vessel. As it does, we hope you will observe & appreciate the unique designs the melted wax creates inside the vessel.
